The eligibility criteria for PSPO™ certification suggests that basic knowledge of Scrum in a real-world context is helpful, though not mandatory. The one-day Agile and Scrum foundation training serves as a good primer. It is specifically for those, who are interested in handling the business side of a product in Scrum organizations.
However, attending a training workshop is not a mandatory requirement to become PSPO™ certified. You can self-study and attempt the assessment to gain the PSPO™ certification.
Here are the 3 easy steps to become a Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO™):
It was good. Trainer was good. Worth a recommendation. I would say that it was an amazing session. In the end, the concepts were clear to me.
Very interactive session with facilities to collaborate even during the virtual session. Insightful as it also dealt with what are and aren't the responsibilities of a product owner and promoted PO-like thinking.
The PSPO training was organized very well and our instructor Sanjay Saini helped us understand the concepts pretty good during the 2 days workshop. It was engaging and interactive. I recommend Knowledge Hut for PSPO training.
