We’re pleased to invite you to a Focused Group Business Roundtable on scaling Agile and Scrum in the enterprise. Scaling Agile for the Enterprise is a challenge that many large organizations face as they implement Scrum Teams across more and more of their operations. Coordinating multiple Teams working on multiple projects can get daunting.  

In a power-packed 90-minutes, leading practitioners who have scaled Scrum successfully will come together to share their experience. Participants will then split up into 40-minute breakout sessions enriched with stories, case studies, and real-life experiences.  

Roundtable Objective 

To connect you with other Scrum practitioners and bring you tips and advice from pros who have scaled Scrum successfully across the enterprise. You’ll create new relationships, initiate collaborations, and connect with others in the larger Scrum community.

3.  Zuzana Šochová, an independent Agile coach and Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) with over 20 years of experience in IT.
