Overview

Innovation, just like other creative arts (painting, sculpture, writing, etc.), has often been considered as a “bolt from the blue”. Structure, on the other hand, has been misconstrued to be the killer of creativity, and boredom is considered to be the white noise required to be creative. All these are not strictly true as ideas can, in fact, be harnessed through a framework that is innovative.

Having said that, fostering ideas is not enough. The enterprise must have the flexibility and agility to change and adapt the innovative ideas harnessed using the innovation framework. And this agility comes with knowledge of the enterprise, its components, relationships within and with the enterprise it lives in, and the principles that drive its design and evolution. TOGAF is an Enterprise Architecture Framework that provides that knowledge through seamless information flow. This webinar is suitable for Architects, Senior Architects, Engineering Managers, Head of IT, CIO, CTO, etc.

Key Takeaways

  •     How to use TOGAF Framework to discover inefficiencies in interoperability and information flow
  •     How TOGAF Framework helps us in meeting the cost arbitrage
  •     How TOGAF Framework helps us in harnessing innovation
