Agile Estimation Techniques

In this Agile training video, we will learn how to estimate user stories in Agile Project Management. We will see the relative estimation technique where we compare one task with another so that we can estimate how relatively big or small a task is as compared to the previous task. We will also discuss the Affinity Estimation Technique which is used in estimating the Product Backlog.
