Practical PMP Program - What is it?

While the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification is in itself a credential that will open up a lot of doors for you, it does not teach the practical aspects of project management. In order to put all your theoretical knowledge to practical use, hands-on knowledge of tools such as the Microsoft Project will stand you in good stead. Our workshop combines the theoretical aspects of your PMP® training together with the practical applications of MS Project and MS Excel. You will learn to use the practical applications outlined in Microsoft Project, while adhering to the industry best-practices defined in A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge, (PMBOK® Guide)—Fifth Edition, Project Management Institute, Inc., 2013.

Free Whitepaper Download:

We have published a white paper at one of the top management websites across the globe, PM World Today, PM Forum, PM World Journal, on how best a PMP can apply the theoretical principles of PMBOK® with the help of MS Project 200-2010.

Attended PMP® Certification workshop in May 2018

Fabulous, the trainer was excellent and the venue great. Enjoyed the 2 days course to full satisfaction.

Attended PMP® Certification workshop in January 2018

The course was great. It was a much smaller crowd than I expected (only 3 of us plus the instructor) and we were able to share anecdotes from real life that were helpful to discuss. The instructor was very nice and was knowledgeable. The material was very helpful but I was hoping for a little bit more detail in terms of execution of the change management strategies. That said, it was a one day course so there's only so much detail one can go into.
