In this interactive workshop, you will evaluate your team performance, review how your project does Scrum, compare your project to 'Scrum by the book', identify what is working and what is failing, and develop possible solutions to your problems. Along the way you will refresh your understanding of Scrum.

Scrum Performance helps you evaluate your team performance, review how your project handles Scrum, compare your project to 'Scrum by the book', identify what is working and what is not, and develop possible solutions to your problems. On the way you will refresh your understanding of Scrum
There are no prerequisites to attend this training as this course can be customised to match the required level of training. But being a Certified Scrum Master or Certified Product Owner or having had equivalent training will give you added advantage.
No, there is no online/virtual course for this. This training follows a very experiential format with plenty of exercises and hands on sessions that can be conducted well in a classroom format.
On successful completion of the course you will receive a course completion certificate issued by KnowledgeHut.
