Agile teams are comprised of groups of cross-functional individuals who work in close collaboration and with complete transparency to form a cohesive unit. The interaction between team members plays an important role in the success of the project, and it is of critical importance that each team member understands his or her role in the context of the overall project framework, and is able to understand the practices and philosophies underlying Agile methodology.
Our two-day Agile Team Development training course is ideal for software development teams who are new to Agile or established Agile teams who would like to be more effective.
